Priorganizer doesn't stop at being a simple to-list manager. It also provides
you with the ability to schedule your tasks, giving you much of the flexibility of top project management systems. You can create tasks in a separate
scheduled task list, with the same ease of use and flexibility, and specify
when they appear in the main task list and how often they recur.
It also has a powerful Knowledge Base window. This is where you can create
notes, documents, articles - any piece of information that you want to store so
you can easily look it up when it's needed. Forget opening notepad or Word and
creating dozens of documents on your desktop, the Priorganizer Knowledge Base
lets you keep all your documents in one place, with the same powerful,
hierarchical structuring you'll be familiar with throughout using Priorganizer.
For shorter notes you want visible all the time, there is also a 'scratch pad'
in the task list screen.
Another powerful feature is Priorganizer's Log window. This lets you keep a journal
and also automatically records and archives tasks that are completed, removing
them from your main task list. Providing one central journal gives you a
timeline for the work you've done and notes you've taken. The log is a feature
that is not only incredibly convenient but also gives you a great feeling of
accomplishment.
Last but not least is the 'What's Next' list system tray popup. Just click in the system tray and up pops a miniature to-do list. From this list you can add new tasks, or drag existing tasks from your main task list. Checking tasks off in the What's Next list automatically checks off the task in the main task list, giving you a convenient way to access your task list without distraction. Also available in this pop up is a scratch pad - a small textbox where you can enter quick notes that will persist even after restarting Priorganizer.
With the integrated help system to guide you, on-screen prompts, and consistent
user-interface that permeates the application, you'll be able to use
Priorganizer straight away.
Give it a try and download the trial today. Priorganizer is very simple to use and yet amazingly powerful. With a
customizable interface you can really make it your own. It'll be one of those
application you will always have running, your personal assistant that gives
you peace of mind and guidance throughout every day.

This allows you to group and categorize tasks into projects, milestones, tasks and sub-tasks - in whatever format you choose. Hierarchical task lists gives you complete flexibility to structure your tasks the way that is best for you.
-
